**Customer Service Representative**
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
-Process Purchase Orders as needed.
-Accounts Payables.
-Update and process management reports.
-Dispatch Calls as needed to field technicians.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
**Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with dispatching and accounting knowledge is a plus but not needed.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to follow up with customers..
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
