Job Description:
Guide IT teams to manage and support their PagerDuty alerts, teams, schedules, escalation policies and automations.
Deliver best practice trainings to assist with the onboarding process.
Collaborate with other teams across IT to develop a new set of patterns to use for PagerDuty.
Responsible for the development of event management rules.
Ability to turn requirements into technical implementation and operational management
