Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with developing an IT asset management program.
• Setup, repair, and maintain workstation computers and installed software.
• Equipment recycling preparation for vendor pickup.
• Support the IT team in multiple projects.
• Project tasks and support as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Work accurately with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or with no guidance.
• Ability to work with others using professionalism, and good judgment.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive communications.
• Must be physically fit enough to board barges and tugs at sea and in port.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain TWIC upon hire.

Job Condition and Environment

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects on an as needed basis.

Expected Hours of Work

• Normal office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, but may be required to work alternative hours as necessary.
