Cennox is seeking an experienced Remote Client Engagement Specialist to join our thriving Sales Division! If you are a driven, outgoing individual with proven success in inside sales, we want to talk to you!

Position Summary:

Outbound customer appointment setting, build relationships with existing and new customers, bringing on new customers, support outside sales lead generation activities, maintaining current customer base by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do:

• · Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
• · Set and achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
• · Make a minimum of 40 calls a day in specific geographic sales regions
• · Maintain assigned customer contract renewals monthly and assist with lead generation for our outside sales force Tier II - IV
• · Keep track on dials and contacts daily in SFDC CRM
• · Input customer notes, call backs, etc. daily in SFDC
• · Create and maintain sales pipeline for inside sales
• · Track and manage warm appointment setting effectiveness (as mutually agreed)
• · Bring innovative ideas to the department to help us keep improving
• · Prepare quotes and bids as needed to support outside sales team
• · Enter new customer data and other sales data for current and new customers into SFDC
• · Answer phone and enter customer supply orders as needed
• · Investigates and resolves client issues quickly
• · Participate in weekly and monthly sales/department meetings
• · All other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• · Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred, or
• · 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience is preferred
• · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• · Proficient data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel)
• · Well-organized with clear ability to prioritize work
• · Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
• · Ability to work independently and utilize problem-solving skills
• · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• · Ability to meet deadlines
