Job Title: Client Liaison | Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly – Non-Exempt Reports To: Paralegal Work Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (Hybrid) | 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days work remotely POSITION SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Paralegal, the Client Liaison will interact with the company’s clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, and generally providing a higher level of client support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information relevant to their case.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Uses knowledge to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
Confirms with Case Manager / Team Manager and notifies clients that case demands have been delivered.
Follow up with Case Manager / Team Manager on demand responses and update clients regarding new information.
Confirm with Case Manager / Team Manager that settlement has been reached and inform clients of case settlement.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES: High School diploma or equivalent with customer service work experience required. Experience in the legal field and/or personal injury is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to proactively have interactions with clients.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and ask questions to process cases appropriately.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
