Overview: The Client Engagement & BD Support Specialist for the Atlanta Region is a dynamic role within AmeriPro Health, designed to foster strong relationships with our hospital clients while driving the operational efficiency of our business development efforts. This dual-focus position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction and technical skills to support business expansion activities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our Atlanta-based hospital clients and will be instrumental in supporting the BD team through research, lead generation, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement (Primary Focus):

1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the key liaison for AmeriPro Health with hospital clients in the Georgia region. Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback to enhance our services.
2. Service Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Act as the client advocate within Ameripro Health, prioritizing and addressing client needs promptly.
3. Strategic Engagement: Identify opportunities within existing client relationships for the expansion of services. Work closely with the BD team to communicate opportunities for deeper engagement with current clients.

Business Development Support:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential new clients within the Atlanta region and beyond. Generate leads for the BD team, focusing on opportunities that align with AmeriPro Health’s strategic goals.
2. CRM & Administrative Support: Manage CRM entries related to Atlanta region clients and BD activities. Ensure the CRM system accurately reflects client interactions, opportunities, and lead status. Assist with scheduling, report generation, and other administrative tasks to support the BD team.
3. Reporting & Analysis: Compile monthly service reports for Atlanta region clients and assist the BD team with analysis of market trends and lead generation results. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in client relationship management and business development support within the healthcare or EMS sectors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel as needed.
