Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $47 - 52 per hourWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's growth marketing strategy team as a Marketing Manager/Analyst!As a Marketing Manager/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day marketing campaign planning tasks. You will work closely with a small team to plan upcoming marketing campaigns, serving partly as a marketing strategist, partly as a project manager, and partly as an analyst. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, creative, analytical, and organized.This is a hybrid contract role in which candidates must have samples of campaign work to be considered. Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive campaign briefs and specs, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.Partner with the design team to ensure campaign assets effectively align with growth objectives.Maintain an up-to-date Campaign Calendar, proactively ensuring details are current and sourcing relevant information from partner teams.Deliver final creative assets to channel teams with all relevant context and instructions.Create and maintain creative taxonomy based on team's best practices and future reporting needs.Compile media plans for key campaigns, coordinating with channel teams and cross-functional partners.Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.Create and manage standard performance reports to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.Assist with ad hoc performance reports on key campaigns, including data pulling, QA, and formatting.Keep track of priority takeaways from meetings with partner teams.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedEducation: Bachelors (required)3 years of work experience in marketing strategy, project management, creative operations, or marketing analytics.Experience managing cross-functional projects that delivered growth.Proficiency with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, charts, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.Proficiency with creating presentations on Powerpoint/Google Slides, using data and data visualizations to tell a story or make recommendations.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization.Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Sense of humor and desire to have fun! JOBID: 1046435#LI-CELLA#LI-SA1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
