Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborative research with developers, quality control, stakeholders, project manager and management to document functional requirements and support for research requests.
- Identify, track, report and resolve business product issues and deficiencies for preventative actions.
- Ensures work product conforms to quality and content standards.
- Escalate issues that may affect resolution or quality as necessary.
- Performs business systems and defect root cause analysis with minimal guidance and provide deliverables within required timeframe.
- Working knowledge of cloud development, web application, architecture, data migration and business rules.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet stringent deadlines is essential as well as attention to detail.
- Highly motivated team member with strong interpersonal, analytical skills and professional judgement.
- Perform other duties and assist other employees, as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word required
- Analytical skills – 4 years recent experience
- SQL – 4 years recent experience; writing and executing
- JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment – 4 years recent experience
- QA tools – Working knowledge of Data Studio, Postman, Selenium, Postgres
- Knowledge of relational databases – 4 years recent experience
- Knowledge of AWS architecture and JEE Web Application
- Self-starter with ability to quickly learn and adapt
- Excellent documentation, research, analytical and interpretive skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Problem identification and solution skills
- Internal/external customer service commitment
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, projectors, dry erase boards, and printers.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear over the phone and in person. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
