Responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance and oversight to loss draft vendor
• Research & respond to internal and external loss draft claim inquiries
• Provide oversight of loss draft disbursements and deposits
• Manage and respond to all emails received via the insurance claims inbox
• Provide oversight to FEMA process to ensure loans impacted by a disaster are handled according to client standards
• Compile and deliver monthly claim reporting to all Celink clients
• Provide support to offshore business partners
• Research and respond to client inquiries and requests
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting as assigned by management team as it relates to loss draft processes

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

Experience/Training

• 2 years of specialized experience in loss draft (preferred)
• Knowledge of Reverse Mortgages & HUD Guidelines

• N/A

• Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
• Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a professional office environment with no unusual hazards. There may be some travel with overnight stays. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
