We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Agents. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties:

- Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, or issue resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development
- Utilise strong negotiation skills to close sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Familiarity with technology sales and inside sales processes
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in warm calling techniques and handling inbound inquiries
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
