What's the role?
The Administrative Assistant position is a fast-paced role working with a high-performing executive team, collaborating to meet the needs of several director-level individuals in a complex and dynamic healthcare environment.
What you'll do:
  • Provide high-level administrative support for CMA leadership.
  • Schedule complex meetings, monitor executives' calendars, and anticipate conflicts or changes in priority.
  • Interact with health system senior leadership, providers, managers, patients, and outside contacts.
  • Sort complex data; prepare reports, documents, databases, and presentations.
  • Other responsibilities/special projects as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work autonomously yet in a collaborative/team-centered environment.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • High School Graduate (Associate degree preferred).
  • At least three years of experience supporting executive-level staff.
