Catholic Financial Life is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
Catholic Financial Life has an exciting opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This individual will be able to make a positive impact in their community through handling inbound and outbound calls from existing and potential members who are interested in Life Insurance or Annuities. The ideal candidate must be organized, detailed oriented and have a passion to provide superior customer service to Catholic Financial Life members, advisors and Home Office staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify, initiate and qualify sales leads
- Recognize customer needs and potential sales opportunities
- Plan, manage and respond to existing members and other inbound call activity
- Meet or exceed sales goals while selling an appropriate product mix
- The product mix sold reflects both a broad knowledge of the product line as well as successful efforts to educate customers or prospects
- Make recommendations of product offerings, cross-sell opportunities and marketing strategies
- High School diploma
- 3 years of Insurance experience
- 3 years of Sales experience
- Life & Health License
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Successful candidates will be organized, detail oriented and able to work independently. Candidate must be skilled in effectively prioritizing work. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to work well in a team environment.
