Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Las Vegas Operations is responsible for the management of all areas of the Las Vegas Office and production facility. This position will direct activities so that all exhibits are produced on schedule, within quality standards and meet cost objectives.

Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

· Direct all sales and production operations and activities.

· Assist in the development and execution of general sales goals and objectives

· Assist in the development and execution of general programs, procedures, and methodologies to facilitate effective office and production operations.

· Perform the necessary follow-up to assure performance goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded.

· Present products and services to new accounts.

· Exceed established new business revenue targets.

· Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report.

· Keep the CFO and VP of Operations informed of the status and progress of all projects and general operations.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

• 5 years of experience in new business development in the exhibit or event industry

Required/Preferred Skills/Training:

• Result driven and committed to creating a “book of business”

• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships at the highest of levels

• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow account relationships

• Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling

• Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

• Experience conducting meetings via webinars

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
