Job Title: Regional Sales Director – West Region

We work with all government entities, including Courts, Treasurers, Tax Collectors, and Utility Operations; primarily serving their web, counter, IVR, and call center payment channel needs. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Regional Sales Director – West Region (i.e., CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV) with a proven track record of closing & exceeding sales quotas. You need to be personable, passionate, self-motivated, and committed to identifying clients’ needs and delivering appropriate solutions leveraging our full suite of products and services. You will participate in every stage of the sales process; from top-of-funnel through close and initial onboarding.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Close new business that meets ARR target
· Develop & execute sales plan to grow share of market in assigned territory
· Continually prospect to add new viable accounts
· Foster trusted relationships with prospective government employees
· Coordinate complex sales
· Consultative, client-centric, solution-oriented sales
· Create delighted & referenceable clients
· Deliver client proposals, RFP responses, & demos
· Maintain opportunity pipeline at 5x ARR quota
· Maintain sound eCRM hygiene & deliver accurate quarterly forecasts

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven track record of identifying & closing new business
· Ability to build personal relationships with government prospects and clients
· 5 years of experience in government and/or payments market
· Ability to work remotely & travel up to 50% - 70%
· Bachelor’s degree
