Job Summary:

Sales Manager to coordinate efforts of Sales, Service and parts to develop a winning industrial equipment sales team in a diverse manufacturing market, ranging from saw mills and steel foundries to medical, aerospace and high-tech industries. Recruit, coach, train and direct inside and outside sales team members to win customers with new construction and replacement equipment needs using competitive presentations focused upon best practice application with top-level support aligned with Rogers’ core values.

Job Duties:

• Manage sales team consisting of inside/outside sales staff of 6-12 personnel.
• Develop and execute business plan to promote revenue growth in all company products.
• Lead sales personnel to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Review weekly quote log, CRM and sales call reports.
• Mentor sales representatives in establishing personal contact and rapport with customers, including joint sales calls and Lunch & Learn presentations.
• Recruit and train sales team members.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Leadership staff.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in industrial equipment sales.
• Superb sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field

Physical Demands:

• Environmental Working Conditions: will visit customer sites to perform audits and evaluations, present proposals or customer training
• Must have valid and current driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
