Maintenance Assistant- Full time (Wednesday - Sunday)

Pay:

• $15 per hour starting based on experience

Shift:

• 9:00am to 5:30pm (Wednesday - Sunday)

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required. Must have some knowledge or experience in at least one or more of the following disciplines: construction, plumbing, HVAC, grounds maintenance, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical.

Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Experience

None required. But previous maintenance / or skilled trade experience a plus. Will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate.
