Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors
- Fabricate and install parts using various tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other electrical components
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix mechanical problems
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team of maintenance personnel
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
