Senior Sales Engineers at Castles Technology act as a bridge between our innovative payment solutions and potential clients, providing technical guidance, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration. If you're passionate about the payment solutions industry, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our payment products and solutions, understanding their functionalities, technical specifications, and implementation requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, participate in client meetings, and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our payment solution offerings.
  • Work with clients to design customized payment solutions that meet their specific requirements, addressing technical challenges and ensuring alignment with their business objective
  • Lead the development and execution of PoCs to showcase the capabilities of our payment solutions, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing guidance on integrating and implementing best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer success, to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement of our payment solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the payment space, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/experience with terminal hardware, terminal application software, and software products like Terminal Management and SoftPOS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • A broad perspective on the industry, gained from experience working for companies in more than one role in the ecosystem (terminal vendor, processor, gateway, ISO, ISV).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence various stakeholders.

Additional Information

Work Hours: This position is a full-time role working forty hours a week.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 15% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be in an office setting. The work will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by video conferencing, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
