We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant. You will provide support to other office staff. The candidate will be responsible for answering the Phones, typing forms, customer & vendor support, be familiar with internal & external purchase orders. Experience with invoicing a PLUS. You will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

Use standard office equipment: fax, copier, postage meter, etc;

Proficient with email and Window environments

Handle calls with professionalism

Experience with Accounting Software a PULS

Data entry & organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

File management
