We’re hiring a Part time Communications Assistant Coordinator for our Northwest client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! 

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Part Time Communications Assistant Coordinator 
• Location: Northwest Houston 
• Pay: $16-18 per hour
• Hours: Part time - Monday to Friday 8am to 12:30pm and Part time- Monday to Friday 12:30-5:30pm
• Duration: Temp-Hire
• Description of Duties: Welcoming company visitors, executives, delivery personnel at corporate location. Coordinator will administratively support company events and promotions.
• Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in communications/customer service in an office setting, associate degree preferred, advanced computer software experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Coordinator with excellent verbal and written communication. Strong welcoming, positive, and professional team member who can work in a fast paced environment.
