We’re hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our Northwest client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
· Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
· Location: Northwest Houston
· Pay: $25-26 per hour
· Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
· Duration: Temp to hire
· Description of Duties: Full Charge Bookkeeper responsible for full cycle AR, AP, Invoicing, General Ledger entries.
· Requirements: Proficient and advanced software experiencing using Global Shop and MS Excel and Word. Minimum of 5 years' experience in bookkeeping and accounting in the Manufacturing Industry. Bookkeeper should have experience overseeing Account Receivable Clerk. Experience should include payroll processing knowledge, tax regulations and quarterly sales tax preparation, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliation.
