Drata is hiring for a Creative Director. This person will be a key member of the marketing team at a fast-growing, Series C B2B SaaS startup. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand vision across various channels. As a member of the marketing team, they will lead the creative direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and effectiveness in all visual and brand communication efforts. They will stand for the creative vision and serve as the spark for all creative campaign efforts. And they will lead a culture of creativity and tastemaking within the marketing team and throughout the company.
We're looking for someone who can lead and work cross-functionally to drive the execution of our brand and lead our campaign creative efforts. You will join the growing Brand and Communications team and lead a team of in-house and freelance resources to build a leading brand in design, copy, and conceptual thinking.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below.
Tier 1: $191,250 - $236,250
Tier 2: $172,125 - $212,625
Tier 3: $153,000 - $189,000

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's leveling and compensation – including a candidate's professional background and experience. What tier you are aligned to is non-negotiable and is solely dependent on where you permanently reside.
