Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong donor relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's donor base and ensure its strong presence
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with program teams to develop strategies for increasing revenue
- Utilize Salesforce or to manage clients and opportunities
- Contact with potential clients to secure donations.
- Identify grant opportunities and work with Grant Manager to develop the applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent writing skills
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a plus
