Summary:

The Domestic Sales Customer Service Representative will learn and understand customers’ needs and order patterns, identify and establish solutions to order discrepancies, accurately process orders and serve as a main contact for customers.

Salary:

$21.75 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders through our ERP system, JD Edwards
• Thorough understanding of customer base
• Daily interaction with customers, sales managers, sales representatives, and other coworkers to process orders efficiently and accurately
• Promptly and courteously answer customer inquiries
• Administrative functions as necessary

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field advantageous
