General Description :
The Human Resources Associate supports the company's Human Resources Department as well as other departments as needed by performing a variety of routine administrative duties.
Specific Duties :
- Assists with new employee onboarding process.
- Schedules interviews; electronic filing; and working on special projects.
- Perform background checks.
- Support benefits enrollment processes, educate employees on available options, and address benefit-related inquiries.
- Performs other general administrative tasks as needed.
