Care Compass Network is Hiring a Learning and Development Specialist Near Binghamton, NY

Working closely with Open Network Director, this position delivers and creates content, and provides oversight and leadership of the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of assigned Open Network programs and offerings. This position collaboratively works with others to implement services which add value. Ensures content creation meets CCN standards and is comprehensible to intended audiences. Deploys content to the Open Network portal and other medium.

Essential Functions:

Program/Services Content

  • Drives content creation of Open Network programs and services. Works collaboratively with Open Network Service line subject matter experts to create and modify programs and services based on feedback to ensure the development of Open Network services are meeting the needs of Open Network Partners.
  • Engages Open Network partners to identify services and content which will add value to Open Network Partners ( eg., templates).
  • Deploys content to Open Network partners through a marketing/communications strategy, inclusive of the CCN portal.
  • Monitors portal usage, utilization of services, prepares reports and recommendations to enhance services.
  • Ensures content is written from various stakeholder/end user perspectives.


Training

  • Identifies Open Network Trainings
  • Develops, training content and marketing and communication to promote the utilization of trainings
  • Promotes and distributes tools, and user guides with partners to maximize utilization and understanding of ON services.

Special Requests

  • Provides limited level of effort annually for special custom solutions or interdepartmental requests.


General

  • For initiatives you lead, facilitate team meetings to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives including managing work plans, identifying risks and ensuring initiatives remain on target.
  • For initiatives you lead or participate in, develop plan(s) with detailed tasks, milestones and timelines that drive operational implementation of assigned initiatives. Develop internal workflows and processes in response to the needs of new programs.
  • Monitor and report progress and results to ensure that initiatives you are working on meet expectations and deadlines. Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance. Consistently produces concise, clear status reports. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for assigned programs throughout the duration of the program.
  • For the initiatives you lead or co-lead, manage the relationship with Stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Accountable for completing program deliverables within guidelines set for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Appropriately prioritizes, determines, and coordinates activities for assigned program/initiative in achieving objectives.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years equivalent experience creating, overseeing and/ or managing programs projects.
  • Possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Proficient in planning & time management
  • Skilled with personal computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint etc)
  • Facilitation of meetings either in person or via virtual platforms such as Zoom
