Care & Help Home Care, LLC is a trusted home health care provider within the Philadelphia area that is committed to providing home care services that are transparent, professional, and excellent. Our large staff of caregivers and home health aides are experienced and screened to be able to provide non-skilled and non-medical services for seniors.Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Project Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with mini projects across multiple departments. This position will cross-train in multiple departments and provide operational and sales support as needed. This position involves working closely with multiple department leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure project execution.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cross train across multiple departments to understand processes and gaps
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills with an ability to influence positive outcomes with customers who may have concerns
  • Support the selling of the company's services and products, as needed
  • Support the operations, systems, and compliance departments in day-to-day activities and projects as needed
  • Provide updates to the Senior Operations Project manager and other relevant stakeholders on project status and milestones
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with the Senior Operations Project Manager to execute on project plans and timelines to achieve project goals
  • Assist with the preparation of necessary materials for project meetings, including presentation slides, reports, and handouts
  • Gather, synthesize, and organize data

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
  • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology.
Physical Demands:
  • Must remain in stationary position for long periods of time at desk or computer.
  • Requires occasional standing, sitting, walking; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; hearing; talking.

ABOUT CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC (“Company”) provides non-skilled services to individuals in their homes or other independent living environments. These services include (but are not limited to) assistance with self-administration of medications, personal care such as assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding, homemaking such as assistance with household tasks housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, and transportation, companionship, respite care such as assistance and support provided to the family; and other non-skilled services. We conduct criminal background checks when required on all staff. We also conduct physicals and tuberculosis screenings for all direct care workers and office staff with direct consumer contact upon hiring and on a yearly basis. The direct care workers of the Company are required to complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of experience or practical training and a competency evaluation, or a state certification program. This training includes information regarding personal hygiene, safe transfer techniques, infection control, and basic nutrition. All direct care workers of our company also receive supervised practical training before having direct contact with a consumer or verification of prior experience.
