The purpose of the Jr. Sales Representative role is to manage the redemption process for clients who have purchased a ticket to an upcoming event.
In addition, while dealing with existing clients the Jr. Sales Representative will also create additional ticket sales and upgrades to existing orders.
The Jr. Sales Representative works with the Sales, Finance, and Events teams in order to successfully book clients for upcoming events and confirm their attendance.
