Position Overview : *

As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

• Base Salary Uncapped Commissions As many leads as you can call Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided*
• Performance Expectations : *
• Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
• 50 Dials Per Day on Average
• Monday - Friday 8 : 20AM - 6PM
• Saturdays 8 : 20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
• Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month
• Responsibilities : *
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Qualifications : *
• 2 years of experience in sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
