Who You Are

As a Sales Development Rep, you are excited about working in a high-growth startup environment partnering with our customers to grow their teams. What You Will Do

  • Conduct daily outbound activities to generate sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new clients and help with our Account executives close deals
  • Managing messaging, phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
  • Navigate customer objections and close deals based on product value
  • Opportunity to grow into a lead role as we continue to scale at Aidium.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software sales required. Previous work in the Lending or Real Estate sectors would be a plus.
  • Team-centric - Willing to put the team above self. You are all about what’s best for the company, regardless of personal credit.
  • Organized - Strong attention to detail, ability to wear multiple hats, able to use systems with a high degree of follow through.
  • Driven, ambitious – Ambitious career goals with the intent to take on more responsibility and compensation as we scale at Aidium.
  • Friendly and Likable – A natural ‘people person’ who’s able to front-face with our customers and build long lasting relationships.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
