Capitalize Loans is an online marketplace where we help small business owners apply and get approved for a small business loan. We are connected with multiple lenders in the United States to help our customers find the best deals on long and short term loans, merchant cash advances (MCAs), equipment financing and more. Our goal is to help small business owners receive the capital they need to help them grow and keep their doors open for years to come.

Internship Responsibilities

The Marketing Intern position is a 3-month program. Possibility of hiring when internship is done. Hiring possibility after the internship is over depending on performance.

The Marketing Intern responsible for many aspects of marketing including, social media marketing, graphic designs, executing marketing campaign strategies, optimizing copy on e-mail campaigns, website information, social media, and Google ADs, to ensure campaigns generates profitable leads.

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research on competition
• Create social media strategies on various of platforms to improve brand awareness, generate traffic and leads. (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
• Create weekly email marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Google ADS, Google Analytics, etc.
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas
• Ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted

Skills

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Be confident in your own abilities
• Well organized and be able to think independently, quickly and analytically
• Ability to create and design graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, etc. is preferred
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign is a major plus

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
