Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Customer Engagement: Assist in managing and responding to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
