```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

**Immediate Hire**

**Full-time or part-time, Long-term and serious candidates only**

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing and organizing office files and documents
- Typing and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Recording receipts and expenses in customized software

- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and contacting clients

- Providing general administrative support to staff members

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

1. Office experience: Familiarity with office procedures .
2. Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners and the ability to handle calls professionally.
3. Typing skills: Proficient in typing accurately and efficiently.
4. Personal assistant skills: Ability to assist with various tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and contacting customers.
5. Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.

7. Bookkeeping experience preferred
8. Bilingual ( English & Chinese) is a must.
