Capital Group is Hiring a Marketing Specialist Senior Near Los Angeles, CA
As a Marketing Specialist Senior for the Wealth Management Asset Class Marketing team, you will report to the Marketing Senior Manager on the team. You will support the planning and execution of the Wealth Management Business plan and the NACG Asset Class Services plan. This role will be accountable for growth of our business and increased audience engagement through strategic planning, management of our content ecosystem and leveraging our promotional activities. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners in product, investments, and sales. You will collaborate with writers, designers, and field salesforce teams to develop content in a timely manner.

- You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, data, a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA would be preferred.
- You have 6 years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing services, or with a marketing agency. You have experience and/or interest in the finance or another data-intensive industry.
- You are a methodical thinker who can leverage quantitative and qualitative information to write marketing briefs, establish strategic plans, execute project plans, and track results.
- You have been responsible for reporting on program measurement and analyzing marketing tactics, to determine effectiveness and recommend changes for future plans; to research, evaluate, and propose innovative marketing tactics.
- You demonstrate working knowledge of financial and investment concepts and the ability to apply that knowledge to work assignments.
- You are an expert with marketing processes, disciplines, channels, and metrics, including direct marketing and digital marketing.
- You are a creative problem solver who demonstrates sound judgement when resolving complex matters, navigating highly matrixed environments, building relationships, and navigating ambiguity.
- You demonstrate sound business analysis skills, including ability to understand complex dynamics impacting our audiences and business and to draw learnings and implications from various data sets.
- You write, present, and speak with strong grammar and syntax skills.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $114,641-$183,426
New York Base Salary Range: $110,221-$176,354
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
