Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager at Capital Brain and Spine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical facility. You will oversee various aspects of daily operations, including staffing, facility management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business goals
- Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address maintenance issues and equipment repairs.
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong background in sales, project management, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and drive profitability
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a surgical or medical facility.
