Location: Austin, TX (Presently WFH relocation will be requested post-pandemic)

**Role & Responsibilities**
* Hands on lead to support and monitor Clients Healthcare data and process reconciliation
* Identify and fix issues from data loss fallouts for various state wise data distributions
* Enhance and automate existing reconciliation processes
* Monitor and report data distribution and reconciliation
* Analyze data to do impact analysis of clients and their onboarding
* Translate requirements into technical specifications for data mapping and transformation rules
* Mandatory Skills Strong skill in SQL or Snowflake or Python at least one of these three technologies Data reconciliation validation and profiling using SQL or Python at least one of these technologies
**Preferred Skills**
Preferable experience in Healthcare Data Analysis Client Onboarding
Understand data engineering platform data models create reconciliation error exception reports
Collaborates with engineering teams helping in automation pipelines and improve data delivery mechanisms
Working knowledge of MongoDB Amazon DynamoDB Jira and GitHub agile processes
