The Multimedia Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The position will also be responsible for planning and executing design and layout for visual communications, web pages, and social media, which includes text, sounds, pictures, graphics, and video-clips.

Responsibilities

· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.

· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

· Perform retouching and manipulation of images.

· Design and create visual material used in organization's advertisements/promotional publications and coordinate the creative, technical, and strategic production of online content and web presence.

· Develop creative concepts, choosing the appropriate media platform and style to meet the company’s objectives using a combination of graphic and digital web design.

· Keep departments informed of project progress and make recommendations for improvement.

· Present finalized concepts to internal departments, maintaining established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets organizational guidelines.

· Collaborate, as needed, with the social media team to plan and schedule the release of visual content in alignment with content calendars and marketing campaigns.

· Provide support for website management through WordPress, as needed, assisting with content updates, layout adjustments, and other web-related tasks.

· Supports other special projects as determined by the department leaders.

Qualifications

· Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Multimedia, or related field is a plus.

· 2-5 years graphic design and multimedia experience

· Proficiency with design software and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Sketch, and other graphic design and video editing software

· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and digital.

· Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of multimedia creative projects, illustrations, and other graphics

· Good understanding of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn, as well as YouTube

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details
