Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our Irish pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of Irish beverages, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of Irish and classic cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the pub.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and cocktails.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
