This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that empowers staff to reach their full potential while improving organizational performance. Shape our organization’s learning culture, coach our managers, and ensure that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

PAY: $68,000 - $75,000 per year
