**Job Summary**

The General Manager is an extension of the Leadership Team reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Aircraft Health Management. The General Manager (GM) will be directly responsible for the customer service delivery for the Savannah CMP office location. They will be responsible for delivering superior levels of performance that exceed customer expectations.

The GM will be responsible for meeting identified service levels, analysis of performance deviations, implementation of process improvements and project execution. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of customer processes as well as the ability to master CAMP internal processes and product portfolio.

The General Manager will work closely with the OEM partner to meet applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA) and to support overall OEM objectives. They will be responsible for ensuring that systems and processes are in place to deliver a high level of data quality and customer service to the global customer base.

As an effective leader, the GM will mentor and coach his managers and employees to drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage key initiatives to achieve business unit vision and cohesion

* Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes against business objectives and develop reliable and efficient solutions to fulfill complex customer and business requirements

* Measure and optimize customer experiences to ensure delivery of a superior level of performance across all associated products and services

* Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and OEM partner(s) to drive improved customer service levels

* Conduct data analysis and collaborate in the development of business systems and processes in support of core business functions

* Act as a leader from start to finish with accountability for successful project delivery within the associated area of responsibility

* Coordinate and oversee a variety of key deliverables across your assigned team

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology preferred

* 8 years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably with exposure to the aviation industry

* Strong management skills, having the ability to develop and mentor a team

* Strong organization and documentation skills

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and function in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to extract and analyze database information; strong data management

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a global team
