You think about the guest experience 24/7 and teach your staff to do so as well.
The General Manager will be overseeing and involved in all aspects of the daily operations of the Hotel to maintain company standards for guest and employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection. This individual will demonstrate leadership and a professional demeanor at all times. The General Manager must be flexible with work schedules that is in general a 50 hour work week including nights, weekends and holidays to assure appropriate management coverage. The General Manager is directly responsible for hospitality operations, all sales and marketing, and ensuring all departments of the Hotel are accountable, staffed and covered at all times, as well as coaching and developing Hotel staff.
As a General Manager, you will have responsibility for the performance of your hotel including profit/loss, marketing and sales, guest relations, and employee management and development.
