GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ADMIN ASSISTANT!
FULL-TIME ON-SITE - Professional person to assist Property Manager and the Board of Directors with administrative duties such as answering phones, assisting walk-in residents, maintaining resident and community files, assisting with mailings & special projects, etc. Additionally, must know EXCEL, have strong customer service skills, coordinate with vendors, be a team player as well as detail oriented. . This individual will be located in the association’s on-site office with the necessary equipment and training provided by Management Company.
Prior experience working in a condo or HOA community is preferred.
