- Perform and follow through with any necessary tasks relating to events, projects, building, moving, construction, or staff needs related to the church, its facility, body, ministry, or outreach (15%)
- Ensures team members are properly following through on tasks and day-to-day operations run successfully (20%)
- Coordinate, schedule, and meet with vendors (10%)
- Conflict resolution and talking through issues with staff to come up with solutions (5%)
- Receive, prioritize, update, and complete maintenance requests made by all church staff and teaching staff as assigned by the Maintenance Manager (10%)
- Communicate to church and school staff updates on tasks and projects (10%)
- Assist other facilities employees who may require help in completing tasks (5%)
- Train and supervise volunteers and coworkers (5%)
- Perform “Hi-Vis Walkthrough” to observe the condition of all buildings (5%)
- Manage and input tasks into a “task management” system (10%)
- Supervise a crew at “workdays” and special events (5%)
- Experience with automated lighting and/or A/C systems
- Experience creating budgets, scheduling work, managing projects
- Experience building vendor relationships and scheduling vendor work
- One or more various skills such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, mechanical, electrical, or automotive.

- This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position.
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.
