What We Do:
As a Product Manager, you are passionate about mental health and affecting change at the population health level. This role will be primarily focused on building internal product capabilities for Calm Health and Calm Business - Calm’s Mental Health solutions serving both employer and payer audiences.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What You’ll Do:
You will drive growth and scale for Calm Health and Calm Business. You will be responsible for building out internal tools and capabilities to scale Calm’s mental health solutions to support enterprise customers of all shapes and sizes. You’ll work closely with our internal Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, User Acquisition, Marketing, and Content teams to drive and execute on a product roadmap to drive new customer growth, user activation, and continued user engagement through our internal tools. You’ll also work closely with our customers and gather external customer feedback to influence our product roadmap, while driving scalability of the Calm Health solution.
More generally, you’ll develop and test hypotheses to deepen the engagement of the Calm Business and Health user base. You’ll be a product leader that collaborates across the company to meet key objectives strategically and effectively.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $148,000 - $207,200. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity comprehensive benefits 401k flexible time off.
