Job Summary:
The role requires working with key stakeholders on our Engagement and Platform Engineering teams to ensure that ideas are translated into features and product value. The role is both strategic and tactical - know where you are going and figure out how to get there. Thinking, communicating, collaborating, listening, organizing, analyzing, and problem-solving are key activities that make our product managers successful if they engage in them.
We don't need "task doers" or "order takers" - we want people who challenge, push, innovate and disrupt and want to build something great.
This key Product Management position will lead product planning and execution throughout the product development lifecycle, including the definition of the market/opportunity, defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product, customer, and third-party integrator requirements, and working closely with all organizational units to ensure that profitability and client satisfaction goals are met.
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in technology, perhaps as an engineer, technical lead, or project manager, who has technical and has aptitude and interest for defining product requirements and direction and can work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
