Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap Development: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and market demands.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Formulate strategies to position the product effectively in the market.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to phase-out, ensuring successful product launches and managing End-Of-Life (EOL) processes.
  • Project Management: Utilize advanced project management skills to manage complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and metrics to make informed product decisions and to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for evaluating product success.
  • User Experience and Feedback: Prioritize user experience in product design, incorporating user feedback and testing to refine and improve products.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with and present to senior stakeholders, effectively communicating product strategies and progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Compliance with Quality Systems: Take responsibility for the product's compliance with the company's quality systems and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of product management experience with a successful track record in launching and managing products, especially in technology or AI-focused industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive product strategies and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SCRUM frameworks, combined with experience in mentoring teams in adopting these practices.
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, design thinking, and user-centered product development approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving customer-led and product-led growth strategies, using the product itself as a primary driver of customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with strong communication abilities for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
