Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks

- Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines

- Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments to vendors

- Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations for improvement

- Perform accrual accounting and maintain accurate financial records

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrate strong financial acumen and provide insights on financial performance

- Conduct account analysis to identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes

-Oversee the management of all operational functions of assigned revenue centers, including profitability, sales and COS, finance.

Skills:

- Proven experience in risk analysis, cost control, and accounts payable management

- Strong forecasting skills to accurately predict financial outcomes

- Proficiency in accrual accounting principles and practices

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements

- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data

- Strong account analysis skills to identify trends and patterns

- Exceptional report writing skills to communicate financial information effectively

- Familiarity with financial services industry standards and practices

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 2 years’ experience in the Financial / Accounting industry in a supervisory or management role or an equivalent combination is preferred.
• Prior experience in the amusement/theme park industry or high-volume tourist-based entertainment venue is a plus.
