We are seeking someone to join our Retail Field Leadership team in Phoenix, Arizona . In this role, you will assure effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies in assigned district. You will also achieve financial objectives including: sales, payroll, and shrink.

• Enhance recruitment: Utilize all available tools to recruit, hire, train, and develop Store Sales Managers while creating a professional culture where associate contributions are valued, respected, and appreciated
• Performance analysis: Analyze reports to evaluate store and district performance while creating and executing strategic action plans to address variances to company standards and expectations
• Field communication: Communicate regularly with field management on performance results and remedial actions needed
• Best practice: Identify and communicate best practices to the field organization that create a focus on sales and building customer relationships
• Visual standards: Ensure visual merchandising standards are effectively implemented and maintained in assigned territory
• Regulatory compliance: Assure compliance, education, and support of all federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations including pay, meal and rest breaks, and state/provincial-specific requirements in assigned district

• Must live or be local to Pheonix, AZ (relocation not included)?
• 5 years of retail store management experience (multi-unit management preferred)
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
