JOB SUMMARY

Supports both production and quality functions within the organization. Acts as a liaison between internal departments and customers to support job status.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans travelers per customer PO requirements
• Generate Certificates of Conformance
• Status Parts for customers
• Customer service support
• Other duties may be assigned as requested by supervisor

PHYSICAL / NON-PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends and holidays.
• May require long periods of sitting and standing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret customer contract requirements.
• Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, industry Standards.
• Strong understanding of internal production/process requirements.
• Good communications skills.
• Good computer skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
