Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative for personal and commercial insurance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
-Assist the Agent in quoting Insurance lines
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience:
- Previous experience in Property/Casualty Insurance
- Licensed in P&C
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
